At Glidebuy, we prioritize customer satisfaction. Our Returns, Exchange, and Refunds Policy provides a framework for returning, exchanging, or refunding items purchased on our platform. This policy applies to all products sold by various sellers listed on the Glidebuy website (www.glidebuy.in) and the Glidebuy mobile application (collectively, the “Platform”). Returns

Returnable Products

Products explicitly marked as ‘returnable’ on the product detail page are eligible for return, subject to conditions specified on the product description page and in this policy.
Products not marked as ‘returnable’ cannot be returned.
Conditions for Return

The product must be in its original condition with all packaging, tags, warranty cards, and accessories intact.
The product must not be damaged, used, or altered.
The return request must be raised within the return window specified on the product detail page.
Non-Acceptance of Returns

Glidebuy reserves the right to refuse returns if the product is sold under any offer, promotion, or discount, or if the product is not in good condition.
Returns will not be accepted if the process for initiating returns is not followed, if incorrect products are returned, or in cases of suspected fraud or abuse of platform policies.
Exchange

Eligibility for Exchange

Check the order details page in the ‘My Orders’ section to see if the product is eligible for exchange.
Exchange requests must be raised within the specified exchange period.
Conditions for Exchange

The product must be in its original condition with all packaging, tags, warranty cards, and accessories intact.
Exchange requests will not be accepted for reasons such as lack of interest in the product or quality issues.
Non-Acceptance of Exchanges

Glidebuy will not accept exchanges if the wrong product is returned, the process for initiating returns is not followed, or in cases of suspected fraud or abuse of platform policies.
Products that have been exchanged once cannot be exchanged again.
How to Return a Product

Initiating a Return

Log into your account and navigate to the ‘My Orders’ section.
Select the product you wish to return and follow the instructions to create a return request.
A Return ID will be generated after the request is raised.
Preparing for Return Pickup

Ensure the product is in the original manufacturer’s packaging with all tags intact.
Keep the product ready for the delivery partner to pick up.
Quality Check

The delivery partner will conduct a quality check on the product during pickup.
Products that fail the quality check will not be accepted for return.
How to Exchange a Product

Initiating an Exchange

Log into your account and navigate to the ‘My Orders’ section.
Select the product you wish to exchange and follow the instructions to create an exchange request.
An Exchange ID will be generated after the request is raised.
Preparing for Exchange Pickup

Ensure the product is in the original manufacturer’s packaging with all tags intact.
Keep the product ready for the delivery partner to pick up.
Quality Check

The delivery partner will conduct a quality check on the product during pickup.
Products that fail the quality check will not be accepted for exchange.
Refunds

Refund Process

Refunds will be credited to the original payment method after the returned product is received and passes the quality check.
If payment was made via cash on delivery, the refund will be processed to your bank account or as Glidebuy Balance, based on your preference.
Refund Timeline

Credit/Debit Card, Net Banking, UPI: 3-7 business days.
Cash on Delivery (to Bank Account): 3-7 business days after updating bank account details.
Glidebuy Balance: Up to 2 business days.
Instant Refunds

Instant refunds are available for cash on delivery orders meeting certain conditions, such as successful quality check and marking by delivery partners.
Instant refunds are processed within 4 hours of product pickup but may take 3-7 business days to reflect in your bank account or up to 2 business days as Glidebuy Balance.
Miscellaneous

Glidebuy reserves the right to amend, change, modify, add or remove any portion of this policy at any time without prior notice.
